To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation If you withdraw from this contract, we will promptly refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal from this contract is received by us. We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse a refund until we have recovered the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You bear the direct cost of returning parcel shipments.

You also bear the cost of returning non-package shipments. The cost is estimated at a maximum of about EUR 14.95.

You need only compensate the depreciation of the goods if the depreciation is due to treatment of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that have not been manufactured in advance and whose production requires an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
