Whether it is via DHL/Standard Parcel Post, faster via DHL Express, or particularly reliable and secure by a specially trained freight forwarder. Moreover, if you wish, you can also pick up your order yourself in our store. This page lists all available shipping methods.

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to track the progress of your delivery via our website or the shipping company's website.

Order and return information In principle, all products are available from stock. If you order before 3 p.m., you will receive your order the next business day. For orders after 3 p.m., the delivery time is two business days. If it appears that the item in question is not (sufficiently) in stock when ordering, please contact us. In consultation, we can agree on the desired delivery time and you can place the order.
Additional Information: After placing your order, you will immediately receive an e-mail (order) confirmation. If the status of your order changes, you will automatically receive a new email. If you have created an account, you can track the status of your order there.
Items are delivered from stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be noted with that item. If the item is in stock, the order will be shipped within 24 hours (ordered on weekdays before 3 p.m., delivered the next day).
Order of multiple items: If one or more items of an order are out of stock or out of stock, we try to deliver the entire order within a period of 5 business days. We try to avoid partial deliveries.
Your order may be shipped to a different address. When ordering, you have the option to specify a different delivery address.

You will then receive from us the necessary information for returning the item. These costs will be borne by Vehicle Light Shop.

For online purchases, you have a 14-day right of return without giving reasons.
If a product bought in the EU is not as described or does not work properly, the seller must repair or replace it free of charge, or give you your money back.
You have the right to cancel online purchases and other purchases of goods and services not made in a store (e.g., by phone or at the door) within 14 days. You do not need to provide a reason.
Once we receive your returned item, we will begin processing and send you a confirmation email within 2 days. The refund (not in case of warranty) of the purchase price paid by you will take place within 5 days.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Vehiclelightshop, S-Heerenberger Straße 384, +49 2822 9113 024, info@vehiclelightshop.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
