The following terms and conditions are written in German and can be downloaded by the customer to his working memory. Upon request, they can be requested digitally or in writing at www.vehiclelightshop.com or by emailing info@vehiclelightshop.com. They are also provided to the customer as a PDF file with each purchase confirmation.

Introduction
Vehiclelightshop operates a website for commercial purposes under the domain name www.vehiclelightshop.com. On this website, Vehiclelightshop offers customers products, mainly accessories and spare parts for motor vehicles and other vehicles, especially lighting, for purchase over the Internet.

We supply consumers and entrepreneurs.

1 Product selection
(1) The customer has the opportunity to select and order products on the aforementioned website.
(2) For each product, the customer will get a separate product description on the respective website.
(3) The customer can select the desired products on the website. These are collected in a virtual shopping cart and at the end of his purchase, the customer receives a summary of the products with the total final price, including VAT and shipping costs.
(4) Before the order is shipped, Vehiclelightshop gives the customer the opportunity to check the order for correctness, especially in terms of price and quantity, and correct it if necessary.

2 Right of withdrawal
(1) Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details about your legal right of withdrawal can be found here.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and whose production is determined primarily by an individual choice or determination of the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

(2) The reimbursement of shipping and return shipping costs in case of withdrawal of an order is regulated as follows:

Shipping costs:
If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the goods from us to you.

If the shipment of the goods you ordered to you is free because of the value of your order and you exercise your right of withdrawal for only a portion of the goods, so that the portion of the goods left with you does not reach the amount of free shipping, you must pay the shipping costs as they would have been if you had ordered only the goods left with you.

Return cost:
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning package-ready goods.

You also bear the cost of returning non-packaged goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of about EUR 14.95.

3 Prices and shipping costs
(1) List prices at the time of ordering, as shown on the website, apply.
(2) Prices are ex factory of Vehiclelightshop, including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
(3) Shipping costs can be consulted in the list of shipping costs.

4 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of your order, along with acceptance of the order, will be sent via automated email immediately after shipment. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase agreement is established.

(2) If Vehiclelightshop has not delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation, the customer may terminate the contract without observing a deadline, without Vehiclelightshop having first been declared in default.

(3) We will save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view your previous orders in our customer login area, if you have registered with us with an account.

5 Execution of the contract
Delivery
Insofar as the products ordered are available, Vehiclelightshop will deliver them within 3 to 4 business days after receipt of payment in advance, otherwise after receipt of the order, unless other delivery times are indicated for individual products.

Changes, extensions, limitations of the order
Vehiclelightshop offers a hotline for customer questions regarding the products. This hotline is available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Vehiclelightshop will remind the customer of this again on the invoice.

Copyright and image rights
The content of our website is copyrighted. Any use of content, for which we have rights or have acquired rights, beyond purely private use, in particular publication or distribution, including through or on social networks, requires our express prior consent.

Packaging, packaging material
According to the packaging regulation, we are required to be affiliated with a certified company of the so-called dual system for recycling of packaging materials.

Consumers have the option of putting the packaging in the waste paper collection along with old newspapers, etc. Necessary foreign materials, such as adhesive tape, labels and the small proportion of film, do not interfere with the recycling process.

Electrical appliances (e.g., lamps, lights, laptops, cell phones, electronic modules and components, etc.) should not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers can hand in their old electrical appliances for free at one of the municipal collection points.

6 Terms of payment
(1) Vehiclelightshop will send the customer an invoice for the goods ordered, which will be handed over upon delivery of the goods or sent by e-mail, unless the relevant details are already included in the confirmation e-mail. The customer forgoes receiving an invoice in paper form.

Vehiclelightshop delivers against prepayment via Giropay, Mollie, PayPal or Sofort Banking.

Payments are made securely through our payment service providers, who offer you a variety of payment options.

(2) Prices on the invoice are always final customer prices including VAT. To business owners, VAT is stated separately.

(3) In the event of late payment, the customer, if he is a consumer, is obliged to pay Vehiclelightshop default interest of 5% above the base interest rate unless Vehiclelightshop can demonstrate a higher interest rate. For customers who are entrepreneurs, sentence 1 applies with the understanding that the default interest rate is 8% above the base interest rate.

7 Warranty and liability
(1) The customer shall inform Vehiclelightshop of defects related to the product and send the product at Vehiclelightshop's expense.

The provider's warranty is based on §§ 433 et seq. BGB and for new goods vis-à-vis consumers is 2 years from receipt of the goods. In business transactions, the warranty is limited to one year and Vehiclelightshop has the right to repair or replace the product free of charge at its discretion.

(2) Vehiclelightshop is liable:

• for the full damages in case of gross negligence of its organs and executive staff,
• in principle for any negligent breach of essential contractual obligations,
• beyond such obligations, in principle also for gross negligence of simple agents, unless Vehiclelightshop can exempt itself from them on the grounds of trade usage,
• in the latter two cases for compensation for typical foreseeable damages.

A customer's own fault is recovered from him.

Liability for intent, warranty, fraud and for health and bodily injury, as well as under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

8 Force majeure
(1) In the event that Vehiclelightshop is unable to provide the service due because of force majeure (in particular war, natural disasters), it shall be released from its obligations for the duration of the impediment.

(2) If it is impossible for Vehiclelightshop to carry out the order or delivery of the goods for more than one month due to force majeure, the customer has the right to cancel the contract.

9 Data protection
Vehiclelightshop will observe all data protection requirements, in particular the provisions of the Telemedia Act. More information can be found in the privacy policy.

10 Final Provisions
(1) The contract language is German.
(2) If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, it shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
(3) The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, which you can find here[http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are not obliged and in principle not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
